Registration Management provides you and your associations with the ability to create and manage member registration fees. The national or regional bodies can communicate with all participants of the sport. Our tiered approach provides access to each reporting entity and their participants. Communication is the key to success and with OSM you can communicate to everyone.
Event Management provides an organization, association or even a third party the ability to create an event site for communications, registration, posting results and sending emails to participants. The Event Director can create menu items and web pages directly within Omni Sports Management. No knowledge of HTML is required. OSM Event Management is also used by OSM - Ticketing to provide a managed website for ticket sales online and through your local merchants.
League Management provides a League or Association director with the tools to create and manage any team sport league. It allows you to define fields, associate fields and time slots to specific age groups and will automatically create the schedule for you! The League Management Component provides the director with individual or team registration, automatic emails allowing managers or coaches to fill out rosters, parents or participants to fill out their details, the ability to print rosters and much more. Camps and Clinics Management
Camps and Clinics can be operated as an integrated component or a stand alone component within Omni Sports Management. This component provides the camp director with credit card payments, a web site, multiple sessions, rosters, participant management and the email manager. The director can customize the look and feel of their camp website. Use school colors, add pictures and describe what makes your camp unique.
Build your own online store! Manage it yourself or provide stores to third party retailers to manage and provide products to your participants and fans. The online store feature is available at the organization, association, league and club levels. You are also able to track purchases by your members.
A comprehensive solution from online and outlet purchasing to day of game purchasing and and ticket authentication. OSM - Ticketing also provides a full page ticket solution that allows events to sell advertising space right on the ticket, further increasing your revenues per event.
Onsite OSM - Ticketing manages the scanning and additional ticket sales at the box office and the gates. No duplicates are allowed. Each ticket has a unique barcode that identifies the purchaser (cash or credit card). OSM - Ticketing balances the till and can perform online credit card sales.
